Who We Are

Shandong Mining Machinery Huaxin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., referred to as Huaxin.
It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shandong Mining Machinery Group (SZ002526).
The group is headquartered in Changle Mining Machinery Industrial Park, Weifang. Founded in 1955 and listed in 2010, it had nearly RMB 5 billion in assets and more than 3,000 employees by 2024.
The group covers fully mechanized coal mining equipment, online games, intelligent manufacturing, EPC engineering, aviation drones, smart agriculture and industrial investment funds. Huaxin Intelligent was established in Qingdao West Coast, Shandong in December 2019 with registered capital of RMB 100 million. The group's strategy focuses on intelligence, service, complete solutions and premium quality.
Huaxin undertakes the group's intelligent business segment, serving coal mining and intelligent manufacturing equipment industries with practical, safe and effective intelligent products and services for smart mine construction and industrial internet upgrades.
